1.Preliminary preparation

Design determination: According to customer needs or design requirements, determine the size, shape, thickness of acrylic＆PMMA panel products and the required pattern or text.

Material preparation: Choose the appropriate Acrylic＆PMMA sheet, usually the surface of the sheet will have a layer of protective paper to prevent scratching.

2. Processing and production

Start Material:

Use a cutting machine or laser cutter for precise cutting of Acrylic＆PMMA sheets to ensure accurate dimensions and reduce material waste. Laser cutting machines are often used because of their high accuracy and low material loss.

After cutting, remove the protective paper on the surface of the plate and prepare for subsequent processing.

Engraving/Cutting:

3. Post-processing

Cleaning:

Assemble:
