Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between PMMA (Acrylic) and PC panels?
A: PMMA gives you >90% light transmission and is much harder, meaning it resists scratches and UV yellowing better. PC handles heavy impacts better but scratches easily. For clear displays and touch controls, PMMA is usually your best choice.
Do you do capacitive touch integration?
A: Yes. We can print conductive circuits directly on the back of the acrylic or laminate a sensor layer to it. This gives you a sleek, flat touch interface with zero mechanical parts to wear out.
How do you protect the printed graphics from scratching?
A: We use reverse printing. All ink is printed on the back of the transparent panel. The thick acrylic itself acts as a protective shield, so your logos and colors will never scratch off from surface wear.
How do these panels mount to our equipment?
A: We supply the panels with pre-applied, industrial-grade adhesive backing (like 3M 467MP or VHB, depending on your housing). We die-cut the adhesive to perfectly match your panel, so all you have to do is peel and stick on your assembly line.
