Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: How do you print the sequential numbers and barcodes?
A: We utilize digital and UV printing technologies to seamlessly integrate both continuous numerical sequences (e.g., 001 to 999) and variable barcodes directly into the overlay layout during production.
Q2: Will the printed numbers wear off from frequent wiping or scratching?
A: No. For plastic overlays (like PET/PC), we print the data on the reverse side (sub-surface printing) so the ink is fully protected by the top transparent layer. For metal materials, we use deep laser engraving to ensure permanent readability.
Q3: What data formats do you accept for custom numbering?
A: You can simply provide the starting number (e.g., SN-10001) and we will generate the consecutive sequence. For complex variable data, you can provide an Excel or CSV file. Our prepress software maps it directly to the printing queue.
Q4: What is the MOQ for these sequential number overlays?
A: Our digital printing process allows us to handle highly customized sequential and variable data orders with an MOQ of just 100 to 500 pcs, making it suitable for specialized equipment tracking or specific project phases.
