Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for iron-on labels?
A: Our standard MOQ for mass production is 1,000 pcs. However, we fully support your garment prototyping and sampling phases, so we also accept small batch orders of 100 to 500 pcs.
Q2: Will the labels peel off after frequent washing or dry cleaning?
A: No. We utilize premium hot-melt adhesives that permanently bond with fabric fibers upon heating. They are engineered to withstand repeated industrial washing and drying cycles without peeling or fading.
Q3: What are the recommended temperature and time settings for application?
A: Application settings depend on your specific fabric. Generally, we recommend pressing at 130°C to 150°C (266°F – 302°F) for 10 to 15 seconds. We provide detailed technical instruction sheets with every batch.
Q4: Are the label materials soft and safe for direct skin contact?
A: Yes. Our iron-on labels are manufactured using soft, non-irritating synthetic fibers and eco-friendly glues. They feature a smooth finish that ensures maximum comfort for innerwear, sportswear, and baby clothing.
